Here the company does not have any ENCUMBRANCE as an enterprise and all IP belong to me. I can eat without the consent of someone makes decisions on my own. To implement projects what I think is necessary. At the moment, there are projects that can be sold to an enterprise of interest if it wants to produce products that eat technology that can be sold to foreign citizens or companies on the territory of the Russian Federation, because it is not financed by the State and has no relationship with the National Security of the Russian Federation.

Современный бизнес совершенно отличается от старый советский стандарта политизированный. Если раньше все ИС принадлежал Государству и по заказу Государство выполняли. Свободная мысль тоже были как Рациональная предложения, хотя изобретения принимая как Рац. предложения дальше документация и Авторская Право получали вышестоящей руководство. После развала СССР те кто был на коне те люди стали хозяевами чем руководили. Так и сегодня мыслят руководство по подчиненность производство даже создающей предприятия частная собственность не хотят отпускать из свои рук. Это является сегодня очень большая Головная боль.

   Если других странах банки думают что бы их клиенты были состоятелен все делают оказывая поддержку как могут. Потому что деньги клиента у них руках и этим делает банка надежная. В России поступает совершенно по другому, проста их отношения издевательская унижает клиентов, начало для того что бы получать из ЦБ количество клиента увеличивают обманным путем завлекая. Потом ни какой обещанный помощь нету и все их слова не является ОФЕРТОЙ и вам теперь то что получили право работы с Государственной льготой и за это Государство их субсидирует но они клиентам этого не дают, а заявка получая оформляют это на свои друзьям ( им принадлежать ) а вам делают предложения совершенно другой. Теперь вам предложения Коммерческая в форме ОВЕРДРАФТ, это форме вы уже теряйте льготу и субсидию стороны государство! То что они увели от вас льготу через свои компания получают субсидию для кредита. Еще при выполнения закона и выплата заработная плата оплата налогов до 50 милл рублей списывается из кредита через государственный линии.

  Это все делает работа банками РФ не выгодно и их отношения растущем бизнесу можно считать враждебным. Потому что их цел проста доведения до банкротству! Государство надрывается что поддержит ИС и новую технологию, банки проста на три БУКВЫ всех и решает как хочет. Потому что они сотрудничать те кто принимает законы и законы и постановления принимают консультации с ним. Они оформляют для себя предприятия  куда делятся деньги по ОКВЭД. По этому не имеет ни какой с мысль ведения бизнеса по направления по ИС. То что принимается постановления и решения это на будущей для растущей поколения. Нам не оставляют кроме ничего не делать или уезжать, а так доведут банкротству что бы отжать! Из ходя из это ситуация я создал свои ООО ИЧП ЕДИНСТВО ХАЛИКОВА Х. Здесь нет у компании ОБРЕМЕННОСТЬ  ни какой как предприятия и ИС все принадлежат мне. То ест могу без согласия чей то принимает решения самостоятельно. Реализовать проекты то что считаю нужен. Данный момент имеется проекты можно продать интересующем предприятием если желает выпускать изделия, ест технология которая продать на территория РФ иностранный гражданам или компании, потому что не финансирован Государством и не имеет отношения Национальную Безопасности РФ.
